EVENT SPACE RENTAL

The Allied Arts Council of Pincher Creek offers small scale affordable rental space in Pincher Creek for meetings, community events and more! 

In 2024 the Allied Arts Council of Pincher Creek updated our second floor board room into a new, brighter event space with a new feature wall, some much needed coats of paint and the best part- beautifully recovered chairs in all colours and patterns! 

This space is used by our organization for events, classes, meetings and workshops, plus it's also available for rent at affordable rates when schedules align. 

From meetings of community groups, birthdays, baby showers and private meetings, this space just might be perfect for you!

This second floor space is accessible by both stairs and elevator and includes access to two second floor washrooms. 

Rentals are available at a rate of $15 per hour, with a daily rate cap of $75.00. 

Rentals must be booked in advance with Allied Arts Council of Pincher Creek staff, and must be paid for prior to departure from the Lebel.

 

Space availability depends on many factors included but not limited to AAC staff availablity and other scheduled events.

The Allied Arts Council of Pincher Creek has a zero tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, bullying and violence in all forms. Renters are expected to abide by the AAC code of conduct. Should issues arise rentals may be terminated, and refunds may not be provided.

 

Use of public spaces does not grant the user access to other non-public spaces within the building other than bathrooms and kitchen space. It is the responsibility of all renters to leave the space in as good condition as it was found, and to ensure their guests do not disturb other tenants in the building.

In the spirit of respect, reciprocity and truth, we honour and acknowledge Spiitsi and the traditional Treaty 7 Territory and the oral practices of the Blackfoot confederacy including the Piikani, Kainai, the Stoney-Nakoda, Siksika and Tsuut’ina nations. We acknowledge that this territory is home to the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3 within the historical Northwest Métis homeland. We honour the true story of the land and its original inhabitants. We acknowledge all Nations – Indigenous and non – who live, work and play on this land, and who honour and celebrate this territory.
