Our ability to run classes depends on the current health regulations. We hope to be able to offer adult programming again this winter once we are permitted, so we are opening up registration now. Each class has a minimum number of registrants required to run and if we do not meet these minimum numbers we are unfortunately unable to run classes. Our hope is that by opening registration now we are able to fill these spots and able to go ahead with programming once restrictions are lifted.
If Alberta Health Restrictions are not lifted and we are unable to go ahead with programming refunds will be provided to all of those who have registered.
We will continue to enforce our Health & Safety Protocol during all classes, which includes careful consideration in classroom set up to allow for social distancing, frequent sanitization of shared spaces and tools, and hand sanitizer for all participants upon entry.
We require all individuals to wear a face mask while in the building and attending classes with no exceptions.
Masks must be worn properly during all times in class. If you are unable to abide by this policy you are unable to attend classes.Refunds will not be provided in the case of a participant refusing to follow our health and safety protocols.
If you or someone in your household is unwell, awaiting test results or is a close contact of someone with a confirmed case of Covid-19 we ask that you get in touch with us and stay home.
Registration can be completed through Eventbrite or by getting in touch with us at 403-627-5272 during business hours or emailing
In the case that classes are cancelled registration fees collected through Eventbrite are processed to your card, registrations made directly with the Allied Arts Council are refunded via cheque or credit to the AAC which can be used towards future classes and in the gift shop.
Thank you for your continued support of programming here at The Pincher Creek Allied Arts Council & we look forward to hosting programming in a safe and healthy way in 2021.
