
Bulletin Board Guidelines for Allied Arts Council of Pincher Creek Bulletin Boards
Non-Allied Arts Council of Pincher Creek Materials may be approved for display on the Allied Arts Council of Pincher Creek Bulletin board provided they meet one or more of the following guidelines:

Activities that are educational, cultural or recreational by nature or supply non-partisan information.

Relate to our organizations mandate and benefit our patrons.

Related to an event or program being held in the facility or in the local community.

Are professional, error free and properly sized for the bulletin board.

Represent organizations that do not pay to advertise or promote the event elsewhere.

Preference will be given to materials from not for profit organizations and for free events.
The Allied Arts does not accept posters that include:

Programs, classes, events or activities that parallel or are in direct competition for the Allied Arts Council programming.

Advertisements for commercial products or services, including free events designed to generate future profits or create customer lists.

Political, spiritual/religious material of any kind, including material that advocates action on behalf of a political or spiritual organization.

Formats such as newsletters or periodicals.
-
Material that violates the Allied Arts Council standards and code of conduct.

Lost and found items.
-
Items or property for sale or rent.

Job Postings.
Materials may be removed at the Allied Arts discretion at anytime.
