In May 2022, The Allied Arts Council of Pincher Creek approved a Code of Conduct which highlights our belief that every employee, volunteer, board member and patron has the right to an inclusive space that encourages creativity, is transparent and promotes mutual respect.

In late 2025 The Allied Arts Council of Pincher Creek Board of Directors and Staff worked to develop a new Strategic Plan for 2026-2029. During this this time we met with interested members of the community, AAC members and representatives from the Town and MD of Pincher Creek.
Throughout this process we have updated our Mission, Vision and Values and developed six key goals for the next few years.
