Allied Arts Council of Pincher Creek Return Policy

GIFT SHOP       

All sales in the AAC gift shop are final.

Our non-profit organization represents artists and creatives on a consignment basis. Once an artist has been paid for their work we are unable to process a return. 


Should your child be unable to attend a Friday art class which you have registered them for please reach out to us by the morning of the class, so that we can open that space up for another child. A credit will be provided for a future class, or in the case of eventbrite registrations we can refund the workshop.  

If we are not informed that your child will not be attending we may be unable to provide a credit or refund. 



The AAC offers our workshops on a cost recovery basis, meaning that our classes require a minimum number of participants to run. Should a scheduled workshop be unable to run due to low registration or cancellation by our organization Refunds will be provided. Otherwise course fees are non-refundable.

Refunds for Eventbrite registrations will be processed directly through the Eventbrite platform. Registrations made directly with the AAC will be provided by cheque during the next scheduled cheque run.
