Holding Space for Kids- Using Art to Explore The New Normal
The Pincher Creek Allied Arts Council is excited to share this free art program aimed at helping the children of our community adjust and adapt to their new normal.
The Holding Space program is aimed at helping kids regain confidence and adapt to their new normal in a safe, enjoyable and creative way. With the guidance of Art Therapist Bonnie J. Martin kids will have the opportunity to express what they're feeling through art.
Be it anxiety from being separated from home, stress from having to remain socially distanced from the peers, or new fears and worries due to having to adjust to a new routine these sessions will help kids deal with all the changes in their lives in a fun, creative way.
One on One Sessions
We are now able to offer one on one Holding Space Sessions with Bonnie Martin. If you are interested please get in touch with us at or call 403-627-5272 and we can work on scheduling something with you.
The Allied Arts Council of Pincher Creek would like to thank The United Way of Lethbridge and South Western Alberta for funding this program and allowing us to offer these Group and Private Art Sessions to the children of our community at no charge.
